Reproduction Steps

1. Block a user
2. Search their username
3. Notice how the “Add Friend” button isn’t disabled

Expected Behavior

The User shouldn’t be able to send a friend request to the blocked user

Actual Behavior

The User is able to send a friend request to the blocked user
