"About" crashes on iOS

issue is pretty self explanatory, every time you press the “about” section on your profile-

i havent seen anyone else post about this, so i made this report here

this issue still isnt fixed, roblox still crashes when i press “about”

From your screen recording, it looks like your About content is “idkbro”. I checked your profile and it seems like your About content is “what is it?”. Has the issue been resolved?

no, the issue still is not fixed
i have to click ‘view full profile’ and do this process there in order to change my bio

Can you reproduce this on:

  1. same account, different device
  2. different account, same device

We’ve tried several different account+device combinations and we cannot reproduce the bug.

Closing this ticket – our team cannot reproduce it on any combination of accounts + devices, do not see errors relating to this bug in error logs, and do not see other reports of similar bugs. This indicates that it is not a problem with the Roblox app and possibly a problem with the device itself. Some possible causes are: the user’s iOS version is very old, which could cause issues; their device storage may be full. The user can still update their About section via the full profile view, so they are not blocked out of this feature.
