About Transformation Effects/Camera movement

Hello DevForum! I’ve been seeing all these transformations from animes and other things and have been wanting to create one myself ever since I’ve started scripting, but my main confusion with everything was the transformation VFX, here is an example video:

As you can tell by the video, the effects are aligned, they know where they’re supposed to be, etc. What I’m also confused on is the camera movement, how do people implement the camera animations into the actual game? How do the effects know where to go? Are they using the Emit() function? If someone could break it down for me it’d be a huge help, Thanks!
