Acaivio is a Juice Bar nestled in the island of Barbados, Caribbean. Acaivio is dedicated to serving refreshing and invigorating acai bowls, smoothies, and nourishing juices. Step into our vibrant juice bar and experience a tropical oasis of flavours. Indulge in a wide variety of rejuvenating combinations, from classic acai bowls to exotic fruit smoothies bursting with goodness.
We were orignally founded back in January of 2022, but shutdown many months later due to a lack of time to manage the group. Since then, Acaivio has reopened and we look forward to creating many new memories and growing throughout the year. #1 Respect
Here at Acaivio, and many other groups on the Roblox platform, respect is our golden rule. We want to ensure that all members get the respect and the best experience possible. We do not tolerate any disrespectful members of Acaivio, as we try to maintain one of the finest atmospheres for everyone to be fond of. -
#2 Roblox ToS
As you are a player of Roblox, you have agreed to Roblox’s Terms of Service, the moment you’ve signed up. Violating any of Roblox’s Terms of Service, we will have every right of power to report you to ROBLOX and terminate you from all of the Acaivio platforms. -
#3 Alternative Accounts
We do not approve of alternative accounts, as most of the time, these accounts are used to troll or cause bother at the Juice Bar, or even to gather information regarding Acaivio. -
#4 Advertisement
As much as we understand it is hard to grow your groups, we do not allow advertising, we believe you should work hard to grow your group, not just steal other group’s members. Advertising will lead you to a permanent termination, with no rollbacks. -
#5 Trolling, Exploiting
Under no circumstances approve of trolling or exploiting. As a troller, you will receive 1 reminder then go through our moderation guidelines, once you have been kicked and continued, you will be banned from the game, whereas exploiters will be immediately permanently banned with no warnings, this is also the same with bypassing.

At Acaivio, we do not have set training times. Trainings are hosted at random times throughout the day or when requested by an LR. If you’re an LR and interested in going to a training, you can ping an online Assistant Manager+ and ask them if they’re available to host a session.

Rank Information
These are all the current ranks at Acaivio, followed by the rank limit after each rank. This will be updated regularly when/if we decide to modify the ranks or the limits. If you have any questions regarding the ranks, feel free to DM a Presidential Board+ for more information.
Default Ranks
Customer (∞) | These are users who have joined the group.
Honored Customer (∞) | These are members who have done a lot for Acaivio, typically former HRs.
Business Partner (∞) | These are members who represent another group at Acaivio.
LR Team
Trainee (∞) | These are users who have passed their application and awaiting being trained.
Junior Juicer (∞) | These are users who have passed their training and are now official workers.
Experienced Juicer (∞) | These are users who have passed two training sessions.
Shift Leader (∞) | These are skilled users who have passed three training sessions.
Management Team
Staff Assistant (?) | These are the lowest Management. They are tasked with assisting at Trainings/Shifts and making sure all situations with the customers are dealt with.
Supervisor (?) | These are members of Management and are tasked with dealing with customers and attending trainings and shifts.
Assistant Manager (?) | These are members of the Management Team and are tasked with dealing with customers and attending trainings and shifts, along with additional responsibilities.
Manager (?) | These are members of the Management Team and are tasked with dealing with customers and attending trainings and shifts, along with additional responsibilities.
Operations Manager (?) | These are members of the Management Team and are tasked with dealing with customers and attending trainings and shifts, along with additional responsibilities.

The Executive Team is the HR’s within Acaivio. The responsibilities are extremely important while being an Executive Team. All of these are individuals are in a department.

The Leadership team is the highest ranks in Acaivio. PB+ is considered apart of the Leadership Team. They are tasked with monitoring Acaivio as a whole, making sure the community and activity in Acaivio is up to perfection!
If you need to contact somebody at Acaivio, make sure you read the rank descriptions to ensure that you contact the right person. In most cases, you should open a ticket in our communications server, then we can get you to the right person.

🌴 Departments
Our Departments
Here at Acaivio, we are categorized into two departments, Staffing, and Relations, these departments all have different requirements and priorities to make the Juice Bar run smoothly.
Staffing Department
The Staffing Department are tasked with monitoring all Middle Rank+ Staff, making sure they are completing their tasks throughout the week and monitoring their activity and quality within the discord and at trainings/shifts. They are also tasked with promotions/demotions/strikes/punishments/terminations within Acaivio. Lastly, this is the department that reads through applications, looking for worthy MR's+ for Acaivio.
Relations Department
The Relations Department are tasked with creating/deleting alliances for Acaivio, as-well as planning exciting events/spirit weeks for Acaivio! They also organise alliance visits with our alliances! You can sometimes see them announcing announcements for our alliances if they have any applications or fun events going on.
If you require assistance from one of these departments, join our communications server and look for individuals with the ‘Relations’ role or ‘Staffing’ role.

Punishment Appeals
If you have recently been banned from our Juice Bar or communications server, you are able to appeal using the following Google Form. Take note that we have the right to decline for any reason we feel necessary. Some bans are unappealable and can only be accepted or declined by a member of our Leadership Team. Do not ask us for an update, or it will be automatically declined.

You can only appeal for a permeant ban, if you were banned in the Juice Bar for trolling, you just need to wait for a new server to form. Kindly take note that these are rarely checked, please inform a member of the Leadership Team once submtited.
