"Access Denied" error isn't loading on specific pages

It seems like most of the time roblox adds a new configure page for games, they don’t always seem to add the error. It loads “Error 404” for a second and then loads a blank page after

For some reason you are able to select the page and get a blank page despite having no access to it which is a basic visual bug

Expected behavior

I expect it to show a error upon loading the page. Low prioriety but would be nice if small things like this would get fixed

I’ve fixed up the UI so it now tells you explicitly you do not have access to the avatar creation tokens page. Let us know if you encounter any more missing UI in the future.
