Avatar accessories (hats) are not showing on characters in-game. Happens in multiple experiences I’ve tested. Initial reports in our server came in at 9AM ET today.

Not just you bro I literally made a post about this exact same thing. It seems r15 experiences have bugged accessories. Seems fine on r6 though.

I went into studio, and it seems as if the accessories are never being added to the player.
This is also happening in game.

It seems like some games still have accessories, while others don’t.
For example, I joined Slap Battles, and it was fine. I joined Horrific Housing, it wasn’t.
Perhaps it’s about rig types or animation? Slap battles might use R6 for all I know.
Experiencing the same issue. Accessories of any type (layered clothing or otherwise) do not load. Avatar heads also do not load (headless, etc).

We are also experiencing the exact same issues - any accessories on a player are failing to load.
The character heads load for me, they are just bald?
This feels like a late april fools prank.
I can confirm that this issue does exist and it even is affecting the avatar editor inside of the desktop app and mobile app

Just checked and this is happening to me as well. It doesn’t load in any game.
I don’t know if this error is related to this specific issue but I got this error in the console.
That error seems to only be for ads. I get 0 errors on both server and client.
Edit: When trying to load my character onto a rig, I got this message:
This seems to be some sort of server issue with trying to load assets. The Roblox website loads assets fine on the 3D viewport, oddly.
This issue seems to be effecting nearly all the games now, this morning it was just a few

Yeah, I see. Nothing else in there.
Also don’t know if this is related but like 5 days ago even some body parts didn’t want to load.
We are starting to encounter this too

Well the accessories mybe haveing the same problem as the body parts did, this is just affecting the accessories right now

It seems like my accessories loaded for me

Edit: Accessories are loading on my character again; even after resetting
that’s because you’re late to the party, roblox has patched the issue later on…

I am not late to the party. I was part of it and now can see it resolved in realtime
Same happens in Roblox Studio, whenever i want to import an avatar, their textures are not right, and some of their body parts are invisible, i tried restarting studio two times, it shows the same error after that, i updated the studio, still it shows the same.
Seems the issue has been resolved. I’ve confirmed by joining multiple experiences.
