Accessory Fitter & Accessory Creator is switched around

PC Info: Windows Server 10 22H2
Date First Experienced: 11/13/23
Date Last Experienced: 11/23/23

Reproduction Steps:

1. Open up roblox studio in a baseplate
2. Go to the Avatar tab
3. Click on Create Accessory
4. Read the name of the window.

Here is a video showing the issue:

Expected Behavior: It should say, Accessory Creator
Actual Behavior: It says, Accessory Fitting Tool
