Some neck accessory items do not work with the move and rotation tool from the avatar item rotation/scaling/moving tool, specifically the items that rotate based on your heads rotation, for example the monstercat bandana Monstercat - Bandana - Roblox

Expectation:
I expect the neck accessory to move/rotate based on the sliders in the avatar editor.
Reality:
The item stays in place and does not register the movement/rotations
I’ve been searching in my inventory for a while and I weren’t able to find another item that currently has the issue, but I have an item that I suspect that might’ve had the issue in the past before the item got fixed via a bug report.
This item was fixed in December last year, it used to attach to the head instead of the torso. because of that I feel like it might have had the same issue as the item I mentioned in my bug report.

This is just a suspicion of mine, I can’t confirm this.
But I feel like that the code didn’t account for welds that are connected to other bodyparts than they where they usually are connected to:
neck accessories expect the torso, hats expect the head and back expect the torso, etc.
)
