I have a question here. In the creator’s hub I want to save the hat that I got. Why do I need to verify my identity? Is there any way to get around this?
There is no way to get around this. I think that Roblox made it so that everyone has to verify. I cannot confirm this, and it may be specific for your region, but I am highly confident. Do some more research.
One more question. Do I have to pay to release an accessory for sale?
I don’t know, I’ve never done it before. Last time I uploaded any avatar UGC was before the new Creator Dashboard. They might charge you Robux/real-world currency, limit the number of items you can publish, or most likely, both.
