Accessory's texture becomes blurry after parenting it to a character

Hello,
I noticed today that the hats’ textures seem to become blurier after parenting them to a character. Any fix ?

Can’t tell whether this is an engine issue, a driver issue or a specialmesh issue.
I didn’t create the mesh, I imported it from the catalog, here is the link to it :
