Reason for this feedback:
- Accidental purchases
Currently in the Creator Hub site for Roblox, they added the feature to create groups from there, there’s a tiny little problem tho.
When using the Creator Hub’s way of creating groups, I was hit with the fact that there was no confirmation box, making it easy for developers or players to miss-click and create a group accidentally, and I’m not an exception.
When I tried to take a screenshot of me in the group creation site, I pressed the buy button expecting a confirmation box so I could take the picture (I was helping a friend), but it inmediately bought it and well… now I have a group called “dasdsads” with no use, support still hasn’t helped me, but I hope I can solve it, support also expects me to have pressed a confirmation box so they can’t give me a refund.
I was also worried of accidentally uploading a TOS-breaking image as the group icon, since I didn’t actually intend to create the group, I could’ve gotten warned.
Surprisingly I haven’t seen anyone say anything about the confirmation box not appearing in the Creator Hub, maybe because it’s too new.
If this does get solved, thanks, I feel like this is important since it never says it’s a final purchase.
Update: Roblox support didn’t help, OMG so surprising ik ik, now I’m stuck with a group named “dasdsads”
