Accidently discarded studio after finishing work and cannot find save file

Hello, I was working on a model for about 6 hours and after finishing it i accidently pressed discard instead of save when closing studio, i thoight id be able to recover it because i have studio autosave set to every 5 minutes, However when i checked the autosave folder the last autosave was 7 days ago. but then i reopened studio opened the same place and after 5 minutes a new autosave appeard in the folder but i cant find one that saved in the past 6 hours. ive even clicked the path directly in studio settings and it broiught me to an empty folder. Are there any other folders that autosaves go to?

I did

C:/Users/ me / Documents/ Roblox/AutoSaves.

and the last autosave there is 7 days ago.
