Today I was surfing Roblox on an iPad, went to the “Develop” page and wanted to go to my place page by clicking on the blue place title link. Instead, I mis-clicked and pressed on the “Active” button. Here are the devastating results:
It instantly became inactive and kicked all players from the game.
Apparently, this cancels all VIP server subscriptions.
gg no re.
Fortunately, in my case, the game went back to the normal charts, but with a small loss even so… Well many players lost their VIP subscriptions - there were like almost 200.
Should totally be fixed.
(Should probably be listed on bugs forum, sorry for inconvenience)
It also takes it out of order on your profile page. When you reactivate it, it will go to the end of the list of active games on your page. A long time ago, you could drag-and-drop places in the order you liked them to be in.
In my opinion… The profile pages are pretty much ruined right now. The old layout would represent your creations 10 times better. Now it’s a page you don’t want to enter. Probably because it has changed really hard and I’m just not used to it, but it just doesn’t work for PC how it works for mobile.
Really? Making a place inactive shuts down all server instances now? I remember in the past when I had an inactive place I wanted to show someone but didn’t want to leave active, I would make it active briefly, we’d both join, I’d make it inactive and our server would stay until we both left, and nobody else could join.

Wait what? I would expect it to be paused or keep going, not cancel.[/quote]
I made a game of mine inactive after something started going horribly wrong with the data saving system and a panicked, only a month later after I had fixed everything did I realize that the VIP servers all died. This should totally be fixed.
