Salutations developers of Robloxia, I need your help with an account that was falsely terminated.
I found earlier this month on April 10th, 9:43 PM GMT-4 that my account of around 8 years or so, (66damien66,) had been deleted off the platform for the reason “Evading enforcement taken against another account.” This doesn’t make any sense, considering I don’t have any alt accounts that were banned.
It can’t be an IP ban situation, considering my sister’s account isn’t banned, and we both use the same WiFi. Neither do my parents, and I’ve never used a VPN on this account.
I’ve tried multiple times to appeal my account and to email Roblox, but they won’t budge. Every appeal was rejected and every email was ignored. I find it important because, as previously stated, this account is around 8 years old, and has way too many works and valuable items stored on it for me to just let this happen.
Please help me with this, I’ve been banned other times before, but none of those times ever for “Evading enforcement taken against another account.”
Was falsely terminated for the same reason… but in my case it was the IP situation, thinking my account is my cousin’s alt when we both played on separate accounts.
I read about another guy who this happened to, and he had to wait around a month for his account to get unbanned. And even then I think it’s because kreekcraft covered it n it got really popular
Best of luck, I’ve heard from like 2 or so sources now that it’s essentially just a waiting game until roblox discovers this, which isnt likely considering the admins hardly ever use the devforums
I “have not” got terminated for the same reasons. Roblox also seems to try to delete you off the platform permanently even if you get banned for the most false thing imaginable. Roblox can get sued and hope they do because of this
I hope they DEFINITELY don’t get sued. I WOULDN’T (wink wink nudge nudge) if I could but as of right now we’re in the middle of moving, and a lot of family events are coming up, and I’d rather not throw another hassle in there. Maybe afterward, but if this forum post is as slow as it is now I might end up moving to an entire different game/platform and forgetting abt the whole thing.
I’m the same situation than you, my main account got false terminated for creating or using an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account, i’m in my second account, because i has appeal to get my main account cuervodel1995 unbanned and the support didn’t answer me, i know we should get unbanned, i think, than the enforcement bans are because of the bug report?
Are you sure you don’t have any alt account you’ve logged into before your main got deleted?
Since you’re talking about “Evading enforcement taken against another account.”, then it COULD be a different account YOU’ve created [or used]
Also, if your account got banned for “Evading blah blah against ANOTHER ACCOUNT”, then don’t appeal an account that was “used to evade bans”, but look for an account with a different ban reason. [EXAMPLE: Child Endangerment, usually from games that abused Roblox’s Text chat service API]

You also mentioned that “your sister’s account wasn’t affected”, then it could only mean that it affected your device, not your sisters.
Now, talking about the e-mail support sends you after trying to appeal:
It looks like this when you’re appealing an account that was used for ban evasion or something, whatever it looks bland

Since i got appeal 3 times, my second account got unbanned finally, my main account still terminated i has appeal many times and didn’t answer me, and i know it’s was my wifi, before than my main account got terminated previously was terminated by child endangerment, i did use roblox Violations & Appeals and got unbanned, but the day sunday 30th march 2025 got terminated for “evading enforcement taken against another account” like said before my main account still terminated same with another accounts theraven1995 cuervomodel1995 and cuervodel1995plus got terminated by child endangerment because a guy called juval has told me for say jokes, i has create the last account cuervitodel1995 for that i stop using, the point is since my main account still terminated because i should don’t appeal until roblox fix the issues
I do have alternate accounts I’ve logged into before, to my knowledge none of them are banned. I do remember making way too many alternates when I was younger but I hardly remember any of them.
Even then, they’ve never been touched in years, so there’s no reason as to why they even could be banned. My account did get hacked earlier this year though, that could also contribute to the reason, but I have no idea who hacked my account. All I got was a username that was on my friends list after I got the account back, “GroupOwnerSigma” they owned a group titled smth along the lines of “VICTIMS”, which was empty when I checked.
Is there a solution to get our accounts back, well if they should resolve the issue there solution like use VPN and many things, but since did you got you main account unbanned?
My main account still hasn’t been unbanned, and also I think I read somewhere that VPN’s can actually get you banned if someone was also banned in the location your putting the VPN
