Just lost a ton of robux and limiteds. My password was 22 characters of numbers, letters, capitals and lowercase. I have several “reset your password” emails and whatnot. Wtf just happened? I’ve never given my information to anyone. Any ideas?

Someone could have guessed your password somehow, or stole your session cookie.
Unless you are reporting an exploit with repro steps, than this is not the right place to post.

Try using info@roblox.com, no matter how much their service stinks.

By any chance were the password request emails opened? If not you still might wanna check if any unwanted visitors got into your email. Last account activity - Gmail Help

  2. Have you downloaded any files from anyone you met on ROBLOX within the past few months? Especially programs.
  3. Have you ever made an account on another website with the same password you use on ROBLOX?
  4. Do you have any accounts on other websites with your email address where your password is the same as your email address’s password?
  5. Have you logged into your account on any public computers? Do you have any siblings that might have used your account?

I really don’t even know how he got in. I had a pretty random password. I opened one of the emails but I don’t think that’d be the issue… Either way whatever, happens to the best of us I guess. Hope roblox does end up tracking him though and getting at least some of my stuff back.

Doesn’t usually happen to the best of us. I mean, he had to of got in some how, and if he didn’t get into your account, then he knows an exploit in the website to transfer other peoples items. Providing the answers to the questions Merely posted could help.

You might want to do a little investigating to make sure you know how it happened so you can make sure you don’t do it again. It doesn’t happen to the best of us. I’ve been on ROBLOX for years before my internship and never ever had a problem with account security.

  1. Only a few Roblox notifiers and Adblock.
  2. The only files I download are Roblox ones when giving/receiving maps and items from my trusted developers.
  3. No, this is the only site I use this one on.
  4. Almost all of my sites are hooked up to the same email.
  5. No, I’m only on it via my computer or phone.
