My roblox account (this account) recently got hacked/stolen on June 27, 2024 by one of the Roblox scams known as “VikGames” and Roblox isnt helping me recover my account even tho i already provided them a receipt of my Robux purchases.
Any tips on what to reply with Roblox Support? They always reply with the “We’re sorry but we’re unable to provide you with any further information or response regarding this inquiry.” message and its getting annoying that i get no help.
(I still have access to the devforum for no reason)
I am sorry that VIKGames did scam you. Motive Creations and VIKGames are notorious scammers that target Roblox game and asset developers. I recommend changing your Who can message me? setting to No one. It takes hours for Roblox to restore your account.
