Account launched on different device

Hello everyone so today I have a problem which is “Account launched on different device” that only happened when I tried to join VIP server and when I tried to join public server it works normally.

I’ve tried to find the solution and nothing helped so far because most of them are “Disconnected in the middle of the game due to account launched on different device” and the problem occurred while I was afk and got disconnected due to idle for 20 minutes and when I tried to rejoin it says my Roblox version is outdated so I update it first and try to join again and it says “Different account launched experience from different device with code error 264”

I can’t create any topic in bug reports so I post it here

Some users are reporting this as well for specific servers of my game, hopefully this can be moved to bug reports

This happens to me a lot.

It often happens when I leave a game and try to re-join.
Thanks to roblox’s New mobile app thing I get a lot of lag when I leave so this often happens.

My way of fixing it is just joining a different game then joining the game I want to play.

This only happens when the client crashes. Run taskkill /f /im RobloxPlayerBeta.exe to prevent this.
