Hello, I’d like to address this problem about restoring my first ever account “KyberDoge”, that was made a year after I made “KyberDoge3” after it’s been lost to a free robux scam.
What I’m trying to achieve:
Restore “KyberDoge” after I was free robux scammed as a child, as I was unaware of scams around the internet.
Why is this topic relevant:
There are certainly not very few instances that most would want to log back into their first account for nostalgia, to have the items you once lost to get back, and to keep it, and I’m really disappointed in how the Support neglects users from trying to help, despite given evidence provided.
What have you tried so far?
I replied to their first email from the automated message ticket, sending all the evidence provided, so that I could prove that the account belongs to me, but to no avail.
The reply contained a roblox place, one-to-one file that is from March 18th of 2018.
I even provided a video, a full video explaining that the other account (that is my current account) is mine, and so was my oldest account back then, it featured where I was talking about how that “KyberDoge3” is me and I want to get “KyberDoge” to be transferred to me. I was also showcasing the game that “KyberDoge” has, and then I opened studio to showcase the place, that is exactly as close as it is to the one that “KyberDoge” has, with the actual date of the creation of the said file, while I was saving this file for myself, that was saved locally March 18, 2018. (excuse me for Russian):
Anyways, I wanted to take a look back into my old account to see how far I’ve come and to just keep it with me for the next times, so that I can treasure it again. But because of the scammer, they might of wiped all information in its settings, like email, for instance.
At this point I’m convinced the Support doesn’t really care about users, and I feel as though I’ve tried everything I could but nothing helps at all, and it makes me frustrated and disappointed.
Could you suggest possible ways to do that? I never had email, phone number, not even authenticator, basically, nothing. And I have only my child self to blame back in 2017.
