Recently during my game testing session, one of the players couldn’t access our game. We noticed later on that it could be due to his account restrictions.
I’m curious to know what games are curated on the platform to be accessible and if there’s a place I need to apply for it to be part of this curated list?
Do you happen to have anything that could be ‘harmful’ for younger kids in your game or so?
hm, my game is an obby game and there’s some elements of combat. for example swinging of swords to eliminate other players. that’s the most “harmful” i can think of.
Account restrictions only lets you play roblox-curated games.
how would we know if we’re part of the curated list?
You should ask to the person who can’t join a screenshot of the home page of your game, because if The problem is the account restriction then you won’t see the play button but a text (like: “Your account restriction…”).
It’s likely a fairly exclusive club so you’d know if you were in it. Think big developers/studios etc.
