Hi, I noticed that recently my account was hacked by bots, initially when I bought 400 robux, at that time I had only 70, well, that’s how I bought 400 robux - they immediately disappeared from my account, the bot bought clothes for mine 400 robux, and I was left with 70 robux, then after 4 days my account was hacked by another bot and he bought the pass for my 69 robux, and in the end I had 1 robux, the one who bought the pass for 69 robux - toiu deleted the account later time, I wrote to support, but she doesn’t answer, I already stopped looking for a solution, I linked my mail, and complicated the password, if it’s my acc, it was on the Jerikalin account(@ThunderBolter). Well, I noticed that when I set it so that no one can view my inventory, after a while it becomes: “Everyone can view”, it’s more likely that all bots enter the account and see 1 robux, how can I be safe ?? I can’t buy robux until I know.

Sorry to hear that, but here are some of the things, I got to say… 2-step Verification may save you, but if you used it at the time, then I suggest changing your password to something more secure. I suggest visiting this website, to test your password.
If you haven’t got 2-Step Verification, I recommend Security Keys.

Also turns out, your account was probably deleted for being compromised.
Hope your account’s Robux gets recovered by Roblox. Just make sure to mark your Support Ticket’s reason for contacting Roblox as “Account Hacked or Can’t Log In”.
If your account got compromised again, run through this checklist:
Is my password longer than 6 characters, and has at least a number?
Is my password not personally identifiable information (e.g. birthday, place of education).
Did I install any suspicious programs or browser extensions?
Have I given out my credentials to anyone?
Did I click on a suspicious link that prompted me to login?
Was my Email in a data breach? (Search “Have I been Pwned?” for some checkers online).
If your answers to any of those questions are “yes”. You should immediately contact Roblox Support if you find that your password was changed etc., and sign out of all sessions.
Like @Rekotora3349 said, you probably should enable some sort of extra verification, like from an Authenticator app or 2 Step Verification. Your password shouldn’t be the only thing stopping compromisers from accessing your account.
