Account Termination Issue After Reinstatement Confirmation

Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m really confused and need some help.

Username: kamalsarasq
Ban Type: Account Termination
Ban Reason: “You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account.”

My account was terminated on April 20, 2025, but strangely, the ban did not appear in the Appeals and Violations section of my account. And the termination was reviewed on Thursday, October 24, 2024 9:04 PM.

I contacted Roblox Appeals the next day, on April 21, and received a response on April 22. They told me that the appeal was approved and clearly said:

“This moderation action will not have negative effect on your account.”
“This account is being reinstated.”

At this point, my account should have been unbanned. I was so relieved and happy.

However, when I tried logging in, I was still met with a termination message.
I waited, tried different devices—but the issue remained.
I was really confused, so I contacted Roblox support again.

On April 23, I sent another message to Roblox Appeals—not as an appeal, but simply asking them to confirm whether the reinstatement had been fully processed on their end, because I still couldn’t access my account.

But their response confused me even more. They replied the same day, saying:
“Your appeal is rejected.”

Even though it wasn’t an appeal—I was just asking for clarification about my reinstated account still being terminated.

Now I’m completely lost, and that’s why I’m making this post here on the DevForum.
I’m hoping someone from the Roblox staff team sees this and can help clarify or fix what might be a technical issue.

I’ve also attached the email where they confirmed my account was reinstated above.

Wow, roblox. That is a mistake.

Try to send a ticket to support again with proof that you got a reinstatement, that might get your account back. (maybe with the support ticket id)

The issue here is that you can’t attach an image or reply directly to a bot message within the email itself.

That is like the biggest mistake for Roblox lol. Just send another support ticket. Can’t believe they didn’t to do this right after they sent the email.
