Account Still Terminated After Successful Asset Appeals – Requesting Review (Mkhada124)

Hello, I’m submitting this post because my Roblox account Mkhada124 was terminated due to assets that were incorrectly moderated. After the termination, I appealed each moderated asset, and all of my appeals were approved, confirming that the items did not violate Roblox’s Community Standards.
Since the termination was based on these assets, and they have now been fully cleared, I believe this was an incorrect enforcement action.

Expected Behavior

The account should remain active once the moderation mistakes were resolved and the appeals were accepted.

Actual Behavior

Even after all asset appeals were approved, my account is still terminated and I cannot access it.

Request

I kindly request a review of my account termination, as the original cause has been fully resolved. I have always aimed to follow Roblox’s guidelines, and this situation has stopped me from continuing my development work on the platform.
Any help with reinstating my account would be greatly appreciated.

Did you manage to get your account back? I had this same thing happen to me in September. Still banned unfortunately.

Sorry to hear that this happened to you. I got my account back with help from the Roblox staff after contacting them directly through DMs for a manual review. Try DMing @UnFusion2 because he helped me by forwarding this to the staff. Good luck!

Definitely submit an appeal ticket. That’s the process you’d go through even with my help, FWIW :smile: unfortunately I can’t provide any further assistance at this time
