Hello, on August 10th, 2025, my account with the username Juauzin was suspended for 7 days due to an emote asset I had submitted. On the same day, I received another ban for the same asset, which resulted in my account being terminated. There were 7 repeated violations from the same asset. If my account was already suspended, it wouldn’t have been possible for me to commit another violation. I even submitted a support ticket, but so far I haven’t received a response.
It would be amazing if you could help me recover my account, as I have had it for 8 years and have always respected Roblox’s rules and guidelines. I love this platform and will make sure to do the right thing from now on to remain on it. Thank you!
I got the same bug, 2 warnings from the same item.
The warnings was about a deleted UGC.
The first warn was in July, and the second one days ago (the exact same warnings and item) without doing anything, i didnt tried appeal or something.
I also contacted a Roblox staff about the bug and he Said that was not common.
This hasn’t happened to me specifically, but I’ve seen it happen multiple times before. It has happened to me for erasure requests where it can sometimes reportedly spam over 20 times with the same place lists and user IDs, but this is probably irrelevant. Would you happen to know if this was automated or the asset was reported by individuals?
This has happened to me before when I tried to publish an asset that used LoadAsset on the creator marketplace, it would sometimes duplicate them and have two inbox messages.
I’m pretty sure this is expected behavior. In particular, for moderation actions under the reason “Sexual Content,” the severity of action increases with each action and ultimately results in account termination (1-day ban → 3-day ban → 7-day ban → account suspension). As I said, this is not about moderation at all. I already resolved the issue with the Moderation team — I’m talking about a moderation bug, probably related to AI moderation. It’s not normal to receive two actions for the same item (especially if it’s already deleted).
It was automated. I got a warning in July from AI moderation, which I didn’t complain about, but a few days ago I received another warning for the same item without doing anything.
