This account was terminated for very unfair reasons, but I’m not here for that. I was just wondering if there is any way to get a hold of my games back or do I just have to start from scratch again?

I think from the scratch again because I don’t think so Roblox will give you the access to the game you made from the banned account.

Yeah, you have to start from scratch unless you can get an appeal accepted. Always back up your games locally. I think it’s kinda silly that the games are stored only on the server anyway.
Honestly tho, if you’re gonna start from scratch, you might wanna consider using any other game engine.

Yeah I’ve gotten like 30 appeals rejected I’m starting to lose hope on my account.
I genuinely thought I had autosave on but of course I did not. I was only able to save one of my games, the other game I only found an outdated version
I’ve thought of using other engines but I really don’t want to learn another language of code.
Oh well, time to start from the beginning again.

You probably did, but it only saves to the servers as well.
You can try LÖVE. It also uses Lua. It’s only 2D but there are 3D libraries.
But honestly, Lua (and especially Luau) isn’t a perfect language. There are better choices for game development anyway. So you’d actually be broadening your horizon.
Honsently please restart your Roblox to see the ban or warning that you have done.
Or you can use a format so i can investigate your content.
