Long story (somewhat) short, a couple weeks ago this account was hacked and stolen of its robux and some of its limiteds, then it was sold to someone else and the buyer took the rest of the limiteds. I got the account back but it had no robux and no limiteds. I asked for a rollback and surprisingly it worked. Only problem is that it terminated everyone involved in compromising my account… including me for some reason (my guess is that they saw the others ip address on my account and for whatever reason thought I was avoiding the ban.)
I appealed a TON of times but all my appeals were rejected. Despite this, I was unexpectedly unterminated yesterday. I wake up today and find out I was terminated yet again except this time the ban note shows the date of last year April.
I have many alts but not a SINGLE one of them was terminated, banned, or even warned.
What can I do to get unterminated again and make sure this does not happen again?
side note: oddly enough, I’m able to go on studio this time, I wasn’t able to when I first got terminated. can only access local files though, and even then it is very buggy.
