Woke up a few days ago to recieve the news that my account was terminated, seemingly only due to the fact that someone on my WiFi IP was banned.
It seems Roblox banned my account as an “enforcement ban” to prevent alternative accounts, even though my account shares 0 information besides IP Address with the banned account.
I’ve sent in multiple appeals now, and gotten seemingly nothing burger bot responses.
I have games with hundreds of dollars of development invested and hundreds of hours of my life into them, and I seemingly now will no longer be able to continue developing them due to Roblox deeming my account an “Alternative” account to the rule breaker.
Has anyone had any luck with getting these removed? I’m roughly 3 appeals in now, and gotten the same copy and pasted response each time
Not surprised that the appeals are the same bot responses. Unless you can create some noise about your ban and have Roblox unban your account. There isn’t much you can do.
You can possibly get lucky with a appeal of unbanning your account but its so undoubtbly rare. They do it for safety. If no luck and no noise… welp, you lost everything…
It seems now instead of getting automatic bot replies, im getting no replies. Opening a ticket and/or sending a new appeal seems to do nothing either. The appeals that usually take around 6 hours to get a reply on now have been unresponded to for about 2 days.
I only have around 2 and a half weeks left before the termination is final, so this is a little frustrating…
