ActionBindings tab of developer console displays wrong value for Security column

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Studio, open a new place, and Play it.
2. Open the Developer Console (F9).
3. Navigate to the ActionBindings tab.
4. Observe the values in the Security column.
5. Look for the “RBXEscapeMainMenu” action.
6. Observe that it is listed as “Developer”.
7. Look for the “jumpAction” action.
8. Observe that it is listed as “Core”.

Expected Behavior

Developer actions are listed as “Developer” and core actions are listed as “Core”.

Actual Behavior

Developer actions are listed as “Core” and core actions are listed as “Developer”.
