BillboardGuis that have the Active property set to true prevent players from using the “pan with two fingers” touch pad gesture when moused over. As you can see in this video, I am panning my camera just fine until my mouse enters the bounds of some billboards, it then abruptly stops. Setting Active to false is not a solution here, since that causes buttons to not be clickable.
