I’m posting this here because I am unsure of where else to put it.
I launched an ad campaign today at 4pm est. It became active.
It never actually started spending!
It is set for 20 credits a day. (100 credits in wallet)
Is this normal? Is something wrong? Is system down currently?
I set up in-game experience image ads and they never serve any ads no matter the configuration. So, I have to assume that it’s down.
Sometimes ad campaigns take a while to start. However, if it still hasn’t started by now, that is a little unusual. What is your Max CPP set to? Sometimes, if it’s too low, your ad won’t be served.
Ads manager changed recently and you cannot even adjust max CPP anymore. It’s a lot more dumbed down and “simple”, removing a lot of customization to the campaign
Wow, that’s crazy… last time I advertised was a few months ago; I haven’t seen the new system yet
