I don’t know if this problem is due to my add start running a couple hours ago but I don’t see any results or statistics back from it? This is my first time using the new Ad manager.

Has your ad finished yet or is it still ongoing? If it’s not finished, try waiting until it’s finished and check back.

Even though there has been 0 results?
I would like to bump this due to it still going on and setting more tests runs without nothing. No results and no data for 12+ hours? My game is not searchable either so I’m not sure if that has something to due with it.
Possible reasons I have searched and found:
- Game is too young [FALSE]
- Game is moderated? [COULD BE]
- Let roblox’s $1 from ad manager process [FALSE]
If anyone who has went through this can help me that would be great

I have the same issue: the completed campaign that actually has data was run last year. The rest have been my attempts at getting any sign of progress in the past couple days.
I highly recommend you just to ask customer service. It is due to Roblox blocking new games from sponsoring.
