I’ve made three ads and each one of them got rejected and I have no idea why…

I honestly do not know…
However, for the first ad, I think the fact that the roblox characters are slightly undressed might cause a rejection.
Other than that, I really do not know. Maybe it has to do with the name “Happi” refers to a Japanese cloak or jacket that is worn during festivals.
I’m sorry that you spent so much time on these just for them to be rejected.
