As a Roblox user who is interested in promotional items, it is currently a bit of a hassle to redeem a code I receive for a virtual reward. The current issue is that it’s impossible to find the pages for promo codes and toy codes (https://www.roblox.com/promocodes), (https://www.roblox.com/toys/redeem) without googling something like “Roblox promo codes” or “Roblox toy codes”.
To make it a better experience, I suggest a new button is added to the sidebar named “Redeem”. Along with the Redeem button there could be a new page for codes, where there is a section for each code type you can redeem from. This new page would help keep things organized and make it easier to redeem codes.
Now that a centralized redeem page exists for gift cards, toy codes, and promo codes (https://www.roblox.com/redeem), this request has some newfound relevance.
Recently, the Jazwares Roblox toy line was discontinued. The link printed on all virtual item codes (https://www.roblox.com/toys) used to redirect to the Roblox section of the Jazwares website (https://roblox.jazwares.com); it now just redirects to the main Jazwares page. Users now have to refer to the support article to know where to redeem these codes.
It would be great if the redirect for toy codes was fixed, but I still believe that it would be much more convenient to have a sidebar button that directly links to the redeem page.
