Unfortunately, I don’t think Roblox is able to add ‘plugins’ to the forum since it’s not hosted by them, but rather hosted by Discourse (third-party). This would be a feature you’d probably have to request on Discourse’s own forum.
To the OP, there’s a plugin out there for this, but I don’t believe we’ve got around to discussing whether or not we should have it yet–I’ve discussed this with others a long time ago but didn’t come to a conclusion.
Honestly, I don’t see any real usefulness to this - my personal browsing experience wouldn’t be significantly improved by having quicker access to my favorite poster’s activity. Going to their profile and viewing their posting activity is very quick and simple and I don’t see a need to change how such a thing might be accessed.
I feel like this will only be used/seen as a popularity contest where people try to gain followers and flaunt their following. Seeing how many people put so much effort into gaining likes concerns me when considering an update like this.
This is something I actually researched before creating this thread. I wouldn’t create a thread requesting a whole discourse plugin because I have seen threads before where DevRel has replied saying that they don’t work to create their own plugins.
@frogg_r I agree that having followers public may turn into a contest but even without that I still think that this will be a useful feature.
