Hello! I recently had an idea "a game where anyone could say something they want people to read. It can be anything: a joke, a memory, a hope, literally anything!
So, I decided to create this idea and here’s the game: ==>#game link#<==
Please, do not hesitate to join the game and add your own message and read other’s messages!
Thank you very much for your feedback and 9/10!
I’ll try to make the game less dark.
Have a nice day and thanks for trying the game! (Hope you liked it)
There is now a cooldown text label on the top of the screen to show how much time you should wait before liking or creating a message (don’t worry, it is only 6s). If the 6s cooldown is not respected, the request will be set to queue and you’ll have to wait, after many attempts, the request will just be dropped.
There may be some slow issues because of datastores rate limits so please, don’t spam the like button, or anything else that could slow the game.
Very cool concept! Reminds me a lot of that one beach game where people can write anything on a piece of paper they find and bottle it up to throw in the ocean.
I tried to find a solution to the lack of multiplayer mode in the game. Due to technical limitations it is not possible to allow servers to host more than one player. So I found an alternative: a global chat, which is why I am happy to announce that from now on all players can chat together without being on the same server!
Hello and thanks for sharing a message!
Indeed, this is a good idea of feature I could add in the game.
But, no worries, you can write your message again as many times as you want (just wait 6s between each time you write it).
Have a nice day!
I think this game is beautiful, but how does it scale? I’m not sure if it matters, but as more and more memories are added, they might seem less special. Idk. What I loved about it is finding a special location to place a small part of me. Reading others memories feels a little voyeuristic, but at the same time I think your game tapped into what so many other games lack which is a sense of compassion. Ty for sharing.
Hello, I’m aware of the issue, it might be a counting issue from the code.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience (At least it’s free badges) Have a nice day!
