Add Command Bar History Size Setting

I would like to be able to change the history size of the command bar. I frequently try to scroll back to a command and it is outside of the range of history and there is no setting I can find to change this.

I think a built-in plugin for code snippets would be a better solution. It could be used both on scripts and the command bar. You could save snippets and it would a history tab as well.
