Add confirmation prompts for navigating off of page 2 of the Bug Wizard

As a Roblox Developer, it is often frustrating to write #bug-reports on the Developer Forum when using a mouse that features page forward/backward buttons without repeatedly inadvertently erasing one’s bug report. I myself have accidentally done this at least 13 times, and at least twice decided to put off reporting a bug altogether for an extended timeframe as a result of the frustration I felt.

There’s two possible direct solutions I can see to this issue:

  1. Make draft bug reports autosave. I have a feeling that, due to the nature of how Discourse works, such an approach may prove difficult to implement, although it would be nearly ideal as an end user.

  2. Add a confirmation pop-up stating that data entered into the fields in the Bug Wizard will not be retained if the user navigates off the page, providing a layer of protection against inadvertent Mouse4/Mouse5 button presses erasing bug reports.

We had 1 initially but turned it off because it was causing other UX issues (people not realizing they were posting in the wrong category due to continuing an unfinished draft with no content).

Agree 2 should be in place, I’ll see if we can get it added.
