As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to determine what part of a group configuration is stopping the group from being created.
If something about your group creation is “wrong” the interface will grey and then return to normal without any reasoning. Is the name already taken? Is a word in the name being filtered? There’s no way to know.
Earlier, I was attempting to make a Canadian Armed Forces group with some friends, but was unable to. At first, I thought perhaps something was wrong with the actual creation action until I tried changing the name to a string of random characters and it worked just fine. This leads me to believe that some word in “
Canadian Armed Forces” isn’t allowed, as I know the name isn’t taken, however there was no indication as to which word was filtered.
I was later able to determine, after some trial and error, that the word is most likely “Canadian” (for whatever reason). However this is an extremely tiresome and risky method, given that I ended up charging myself 100R$ for a group with a nonsensical name. Twice.

It would be a major help if some sort of error message was added to the page when this happens.
edit: it appears that it now does display an error message saying whether the issue is a taken name, or an inappropriate character/string, however it does not display which character/string
