Add 'Group Search' into 'Creator' filter in the catalog

As a standard Roblox user, it is difficult to tell apart if clothing is copied or truly created originally. I’ve noticed a large quantity of copied clothing on one single page by, what I believe to be, bot groups.
I’m looking specifically for some feature in the search functions in the catalog. I want the ability to search after groups, not usernames. It lacks groups. The reason why I took this topic up is because I noticed a million of pages that included a certain keyword.

With group search, it can:

  • Increased revenue on originality.
  • Make copying less effective than before.
  • Searching into quality products.

Groups can’t have identical group names, right? Maybe that’s a great filter against the clothing stealers in the community.
I don’t tolerate those stealers at all. It is just rude to drawing off revenue from official creators by using specialized tools.

Searching keywords sometimes end up getting the keywords from the description. For example, a shirt/product is copied, then the copier decides to slap in random keywords with no relation to the shirt/product.

For clothing makers, I may suggest adding something to mark their products, to almost unnoticeable.

Thank you for reading.

Please, please somebody consider adding this. For years we have been unable to search clothing by group, which can often be the only way of finding a particular item, especially in groups with over 20 pages of clothing.

Trying to search for the item without a group filter isn’t a solution either, because you’ll end up getting thousands of duplicates of unrelated items and spam. I really hope Roblox considers adding group-based item searching, whether it’s a search bar on the group itself or an option in the catalog.

Adding this feature will help developers who make their income off of original clothing be able to be rewarded for their work much faster, users able to purchase from original groups and find what they want with ease.
