This is a straightforward web feature. Have an intern do it then check it for proper browser support. I do not want to hear that this is out of the scope of this forum or that Developer Forum is not a valid target for feature requests; simply don’t respond if that’s the case.
Every time I go to a support forum that has this same format, I think, “Ugh, its the DevForum layout”. The least that could be done is to add some features above and beyond the cookie-cutter template.
Note: I accidentally posted this in Bug Reports instead of Feature Requests, which ironically was also because of the site design. It is in the process of being moved.
You will need to update your post to explain what the problem is that this would solve. Nothing is free to build so we will need to justify the effort, which requires understanding how impactful this would be to users. At a surface level, this seems like a fairly non-impactful change to me based on what you have described so far.
