Add sales location permissions to game passes

Recently there have been a lot of reports of players abusing the “10% back” method where they buy game passes in their own games, allowing them to earn 10% of the robux back and causing the game pass creator to only earn 60% of the sale compared to the usual 70%. This can be pretty harmful to games especially as this method starts to become more widespread, taking a whole 10% of profits away from game developers.

Similar to the avatar marketplace items, game passes should have a togglable option to make it so the pass can only be purchased on the website, in the experience it was created for, and any additional whitelisted experiences.

This method would solve the issue with players abusing the 10% method, while also keeping the economy of games like PLS DONATE intact, as players can still create their game passes and sell them anywhere when the optionable toggle is set to off.
