Adding a HDRI into blender for gfx

This is a simple tutorial on how to add a HDRI into blender for a gfx or something.

How to get the HDRI you want

Get the HDRI you want from here: HDRI haven

After you found one you like, click on it stroll down a tiny bit until you see this:

Click on the 4k one or more.

If you have a slow computer I suggest don’t download the higher options like 18k and stuff.

Open the blockrig
If you want add the character texture now

Putting the HDRI:
At the bottom By bottom I mean this part:

You will see something called “Object”


Press on it and change it to world.

You will see this.

At the bottom press “Add” “Texture” “Enviroment Texture”

Place it down then connect Colour to Colour

Click on the file icon and then open the hdri

After clicking on this shown above, click on “Scene world” and “Scene lights” so you can see the hdri.
