Hello, Since Lamborghini has their own official account on Roblox and their own game, Can I add a Lamborghini vehicle to my car game without getting sued?
This is my car game.
Lamborghini is a brand, therefore use or mention of Lamborghini or a Lamborghini product will result in a violation of the fair use law.
However, you can create a fake âLamborghini likeâ brand, this would fall under fair use. Just ensure you are not using their vehicles or their logo.

So can i still model a real lamborghini model in blender and make my own fictional logo for it?
As I previously said, Lamborghini is a brand and their cars are copyrighted. A Lamborghini car model would violate copyright laws since they own the right to their vehicles, which you are directly copying.
Instead, I suggest that you take inspiration from their model, and add your own changes to it, especially to the body of the vehicle.

So just completely make a fictionalized version of a Lamborghini just like other car games?
Make it similar enough that the inspiration is obvious but not too obvious. Lamborghini can claim their logo and certain specific car retributes as their intellectual property but they canât just claim any sports car as being so. In short, make it obvious enough that a person can tell but also different enough that you have some deniability

As said as long as you change the body/look of the Lamborghini enough so you can recognize it but at the same time not exactly the same and donât put the logo, it will be totally fine.

Enough changes have been made to the cars so that theyâre unique, but still resemble what theyâre supposed to be.
Heres a list of what I can spotted that changed:
F40:
- Tail lights are swapped out for a boxy design with the grille over them
- Headlights are smaller and altered
- The front grille is slightly altered
- The exhaust pipes are in different locations and are different designs
- The spoiler on the ingame model is moreso âslapped onâ instead of being apart of the body
- The car has a slightly more curvy shape to it.
Huracan:
- Headlights are altered for more standard lights instead of the lamborghini headlights.
- Front grille is heavily altered
- The body (primarily the hood) is more rounded and has less lining.
- Mirrors are slightly altered
- The air intake on the sides has been majorly altered
But yeah, even though there is a brand account on roblox, that doesnât mean you suddenly get permission to use anything they make. Just go the GTA route and alter them enough to where they shouldnât fall under copyright.
Iâm pretty sure you can use their vehicle model but you HAVE to change the logo and name.
Edit: No, you canât use their vehicle model so you have to change it up (Only small parts though)
You most likely can not use Lamborghiniâs assets or creations, you could make similar ones though but they need to be entirely different with different names logos and stuff like that.
