Adding Terrain causes it to appear with broken LOD

As of the writing of this topic, there is a chance terrain you add will have strange visual artifacts.

I experienced this bug just now, after opening up studio and beginning to add terrain. It only appears when clicking and not by dragging the brush.

It reverts to normal when a brush like erode or smooth acts upon it.

Steps to Repro:

  1. Open up studio.
  2. Enable the terrain editor.
  3. Select add.
  4. Orient your camera so that the plane is vertical.
  5. Click on your baseplate and see if any visual artifacts form. If not, try again.
