Additional 10% bonus to robux purchase while a member of premium was not delivered

I purchased 800 robux, and I did not receive the additional 80 that was supposed to come despite being a premium member.

Possible Recreation Steps
Step 1. Be a member of premium by either purchasing or already being subscribed to membership
Step 2. Purchase robux at the same time as your premium stipend being received
