Admin Gui feedback

So i made a admin gui in modern style and this is supposed to be the ‘Home’ page. I like how it turned out, since i dont usually design ui, but some stuff just seems off. I don’t know maybe i’ve been staring to my screen for too long.
So i would like to know what maybe would be cool to add or something i should improve
btw there is no functionality to this yet this is an example of what it should look like

It looks clean but there are a couple things I think could improve it,

  • The X button is unusually big in my opinion, I think it would look nicer if it was a bit smaller
  • The “Your rank is Owner” part doesn’t really align with any part of the text, I feel like it would fit better if you had 1 row as “Welcome, DisplayName” and then another row as “Your rank is Owner” instead of putting it on 3 lines.
  • The Admins panel has a different padding than then rest of the panels which makes it look a little weird since there is no gap between the large Admins text.
  • The admin list is nice, but i feel like the gradient as well as the semi-border makes it look a little weird, a improvement to that would be to either add a solid border around it or have the background be slightly accented.

Otherwise, nice admin panel :+1:

Ok heres my list of changes:

  • Welcome text should be on one line
  • Admins be a grid not list
  • Panel looks a bit squashed
  • The X is way too big
  • I don’ t really like the UI Gradient but you can keep that if you want, don’t get me wrong it looks good I just wouldn’t use it.

add transparency and put sub text in a grey-white colour it looks nicer and also drop the opacity to like .010 - .015.
add blur to background of screen
add blur images to the gui its self
make icons smaller and same design with the sub text
add slide in/out animations and include sfx for buttons etc

I fixed the X button size and removed gradient and stroke, sinds these only cause problems.

And the rest of your feedback i do agree with, but the problem is i have to make the entire ui bigger for that, which is not really where i’m going for. Thanks for the feedback anyways!

So your idea is basically adding a transparent theme, just like datk theme or light theme but transparent. The idea of themes sounds cool, something i might add in the future.
About the sub text part wasn’t i already kinda doing that?
And i will definitely add tweens to the ui thanks for your feedback!

sub text looks x10 better. too much white puts strain on the eyes.

This Administrator GUI looks very good! I like the style and theme of it! Nice job on it! How long did it take to create?
