Admins, please remove this user from the forums

We do not feel he should be here

Reason(s):
[ul]
[li]First post was this which is just unacceptable [/li]
[li]A misleading game maker

OP isn’t the cleanest fish in the pond, he is in along with Jared and JuliusColes.

We as a community do not feel this user should be allowed the privilege to be on this forum. This was not a good first impression

[confidential]Admin should also lock this so there is no debate on it[/confidential ]

I’m usually one to give people a chance, but this one has made an exceptionally bad first impression.

I would put that in a confidentiality tag; Personal attacks aren’t very acceptable. :uhhh:

I think what Bradley is trying to do is get everyone’s opinion on the matter. Kind of have a vote to see if this person should stay. Making this confidential would undermine the purpose of the post.
Sure, he’s putting someone into the spotlight, but someone with 8 posts shouldn’t be asking for an unban, especially not if he tried to cheat the system and otherwise doesn’t have much to show for.

I second this.

It looks like it but this isn’t a personal attack, we aren’t throwing insults at him. We just believe he shouldn’t be here based on what he’s done and posted.

This is not the sort of company this forum boasts to keep. I second this motion.

Those games do’

erg.

After the incident last year where he made 20K Robux off of paid access to a copied game, I also support this motion unless he has anything to justify.

Put this post in confidential tags now.

Already asked him on Steam and he said no

Demanding much? I second his entire post.

Gee. So me, among others, got told to basically get lost when we asked if a particular thread was really necessary… Yet it’s completely fine to publicly out a ‘developer’, judge them based on one thread, and then try to kick them out? Wow guys, just wow. You have all fallen to a new level of assholeness, especially doing it so that everyone can see it.

What is it that Becky said? Something along the lines of “you should give them time. It takes a while to switch to a smarter way of thinking”. You may say he left a bad first impression, but it’s one you’ll remember.

Demanding much? I second his entire post.
Doesn’t matter where you stand on this, this kind of post is meant for the admins and not to publicly attack another user of this forum. He is asking for an admin to remove the user, and to avoid this being a personal attack it should be put in confidential tags. Otherwise (and no offence is intended) he himself is breaking a major rule about no PA’s and also could risk being removed.

I suppose that makes sense.

That would be true if we were just throwing insults around. We’re not. We’re discussing whether or not a person should be here based on what they’ve done (and partially what they’ve posted).
I understand that people might need some time to get used to the way things work here, and I appreciate that. What I don’t appreciate is when someone is trying to cheat the system.

ALSO:

Hey, I already made a post on that thread questioning him being here. No need to go make a thread calling him out.
And of course, Bradley and Volcano are best buds, they’ll never go against each other.

“Admin should also lock this so there is no debate on it”

Wouldn’t putting the entire post in confidential tags accomplish this? There would be no debate about it if we didn’t know what the thread was about. I really can’t believe that you guys had the audacity to call out and PA someone just because the majority agreed that he shouldn’t be here; it feels like mob mentality.

tl;dr: This thread should’ve been posted in confidential tags and not open for everyone to gang up on a user.

Yeh, I have to say, this thread is just a PA and should have been confid’d, but the damage is done now and Bradley didn’t listen when told to hide it after the first few posts.
I agree with everyone against it and feel it should have been hidden.

The other thread sufficed in proving the point that the said user should not be here. This is just an extra, unnecessary and generally mean thread to make. If I was the guy being attacked, I wouldn’t know what to think of this. I would be sad and frustrated that someone went out of their way to humiliate me further.
Luckily the user does not seem to be actively involved with us, so there probably won’t be much hurt.

I just keep getting this aura of anger and hate on RBXDev, and it’s not nice. It seems that every weekend there is another general argument, usually centred around hate and calling people out.
We all think we are greater than the next guy, but we’re not, we’re all the same, all people.
If we look at ourselves arguing over petty topics over the Internet, one can see clearly just how silly, pointless and time wasting this all is.

This forum is a place of creativity and art and the vibe here should be happy and upbeat, not angry and miserable.

A substantial amount of people have left this forum due to the atmosphere here, and it seems that quite a lot more people are contemplating leaving too (from what they have said to me privately, they know who they are).

I think we all just need to be more friendly, open and accepting of each other here and not be at eachother throats at every chance we get. We need to stop “one up’ing” eachother just to feel good about ourselves.

Is anyone up for trying to be nice to one another? I’m totally up for it.

I understand that the user you are discussing is questionable, but I believe there was no reason to not put it in confidential tags.

By not putting it in confidential tags, you’ve turned this thread into a “witch-hunt” against the target user. It’s the sort of negativity that I remember turned IronNoob rotten and made people leave/avoid it.

Everyone gets their chance on this forum, and while this user has made a bad first impression - I think your course of action here wasn’t the best approach to bringing this to the attention of the staff here.
