[Ads Manager] Attempt to upload image to advertise experience

Ads Manager (advertise.roblox.com)

I attempt and tried many times to upload a banner image to advertise my game (“portal ads type”).
i have also tried 2 different of image file to upload and its still the same.

Image Resolution: 1920x1080
Image Scale: 16:9
Image DPI: 96
Image Bit: 24
Image Size: 2MB
Image Type: .PNG

you can see my image file specification where it below limitation for upload image (<30MB)
the issue been for days and never resolved.

Expected behavior

It should be worked and get uploaded, because recently it works for me but its only once to work.

Hi @Eternity_Devs ,

We are actively resolving this issue now. However, I couldn’t re-produce from my side. Trying to dig deeper into the root cause. At the same time, could you try it again plz? Let me know if it still doesn’t work. The API might be flaky for a while.

I think there is a general problem in ads manager. We created a sponsor hours ago but it is not working.

Could you be specific on what do you mean by stuck? Are you referring to there is no metrics for the performance?
