I think I’ve seen posts about this in the past (can’t find them), and now the issue has started affecting me. Just dropped 70k robux on some ad campaigns and now 18 hours later, only two of the ads have been pushed to users. In addition, those two have only been shown 1000 times each. Essentially burning all of those robux for literally nothing.
Is this a visual bug? Will I be reimbursed for the wasted ad credits? How can I avoid this bug in the future?
Unspent ad credits get refunded within 24-48 hours after the campaign ends. Ad credit campaigns can also be canceled 6+ hours before the campaign start date to receive a refund. For more info please visit: Ads Manager | Documentation - Roblox Creator Hub
Is there a threshold of views/clicks for this, or can I just cancel it no matter the engagement it got? Like if, for example, my ad isn’t doing too bad but it’s not up to my standard I’d still want to cancel it and work on my game’s presentation so it may attract more users.
If an advertiser wishes to retract a campaign for any reason, they have the option to cancel the campaign up to six hours before its scheduled start time. Cancellation is accessible at the campaign level and automatically cancels any associated ad sets and ads. This feature is available for campaigns with any payment method, and enables advertisers to recover their ad credits or prevent their credit or debit card from being charged.
