I’ve tried it 4 different times now but the ad will never start. All i see is – . I’ve waited at least 2 hours for each but nothing happens.

If it is your first time advertising allow 24-48 hours for your bank to accept the $1 hold. This is just to verify you actually have the money to advertise.

Patience I guess. I know its frustrating but I had to wait a couple of days for it to start working as expected.
I’m also having this issue, I have tried to run several ads at this point with USD credit, but nothing runs. Never had this issue before
Sent in a report ticket… just gotta wait I guess.
Then look at all these 400 errors in the network tab on the roblox advertise page …

Just heard back from support via email. They asked for some account, campaign, and ad id information, which I gave them kindly.
According to the support staff member,
Our sponsored ads system was targeted by fraud attacks recently so we had to reduce the number of ads displayed. Unfortunately your game was mistakenly blocked by our system during this time. We suggest creating a new advertising campaign now as the issue has been resolved.
I did as they said and created a new campaign, so I’ll see in a short while whether this has been fixed.

I contacted support and all they said was to reinstall roblox…
Since I tried to run it last night and it didn’t work. I think they may have only fixed your game? Im not sure. Can you give me the details of the support staff you contacted? (ex. was it on devforum? type of help category?)

I just found out that they added an ads section?? Thats awesome hopefully can they help many games that are effected by this!
It’s been over an hour and my new campaign still hasn’t run…
Will wait 24 hours until it finishes and contact support if they still haven’t run my ads by then.

I notified support that my new ad still hasn’t ran and they just sent me this:

This helps to prevent advertisers from paying for fake traffic and they constantly monitor billing and reporting to protect their clients.
In some cases accounts may be suspended to prevent further abuse from occurring.
If you are still having trouble with setting up a new campaign we recommend creating a new account to start fresh.
I’ve haven’t received any notification that my account is suspended.

Hm, the funny thing is that I tried advertising with a new account and although this time it did take $5, the same problem occured… Starting to feel like its just impossible to advertise lol
