Ads Manager Spends Full Budget Very Early Into Campaign

Hope this is fixed soon. Having the same issue.

Ad credit being spent all at once

Recently, I made an ad set with a lifetime budget of 50 ad credits with a running time of 8 days to sponsor my game. Instead of spreading out the credits across the 8 days, it spent them all within about 2 hours. So, I made another version and put a DAILY budget of about 45 credits with a running time of 8 days (360 credits total). On day one it spent all 45 credits within 3 hours. Does anyone know why all of the credits are spent within a short time frame instead of being spread out?
